Complete network installation for Oil and Gas company
This company were relocating from California to the UK and required a complete network infrastructure. We provided consultancy, hardware and all software and installed a network to cater for their complex business requirements. Installation was carried out over several days and during off peak hours to ensure that the downtime was kept to a minimum. We also procured all software and hardware on their behalf at favourable prices. Their systems currently run at high performance and is currently supported with our acclaimed network support contracts.
Server installation and support of IT infrastructure
This manufacturer and wholesaler of plastics and packaging material required an upgrade to improve on their existing messaging system. Emails were not downloaded to a server and filesharing and storage was distributed. thinksolution provided consultancy on a new server and configured all machines to use the server to process emails and share files. Proactive and unlimited network support
This public sector Housing Association invited us to submit a tender proposal for installation and support of their network infrastructure. Having provided the most cost effective solution and comprehensive network support plans, we won this contract beating several highly reputable companies.
The solution included procuring a new server, several desktops and software used on the network. In depth consultancy was provided. The support solution includes unlimited calls and on site visits and ensures that thinksolution are completely responsible for ensuring IT sytems are running at optimum levels. This is achieved through proactive maintenance of the network infrastructure.
