BSR Recruitment is a Medical Recruitment agency supplying Locums Doctors and healthcare staff to the NHS and private hospitals. They approached us after identifying the need for a responsive and reliable IT support solution. Prior to using thinksolution, BSR Recruitment had been using a freelance IT support engineer.

All the information was backed up off every computer including the server. Email accounts from the Exchange server were backed up and stored on a backup device.
All computers were thoroughly checked for viruses and known ones were removed using anti virus software. Persistent viruses were removed using manual methods.
- Every computer was formatted to ensure all new data would be clean and error free.
- New operating systems were installed with all updates and patches.
- The server was configured with correct permissions and high levels of security.
- Mail Server was reconfigured and later reinstalled after several crashes.
- A spare computer was setup as a mail server with Linux software accepting emails from 2 different domains.
- A support contract was offered which included unlimited remote and onsite maintenance & training.
- A website was negotiated that fully integrates with their database software.
